Is my order secure?
When you are in the final checkout mode, you should see a lock shown on your browser or https:// in the site address. This means that the order is secure. This is only important when submitting credit card information.

You can view status of your order if you created an account during your order. Simply click the "Login" button located on the top of each page.

How long does it take to ship a banner stand?
Most banner stands ship within 24-48 hours. Ground Shipping may take 2-5 days depending on your location.
How long does it take to get a banner printed?
Banner production time is 4 business days from the time we receive "approved" artwork, plus shipping time in transit.
How do you ship?
We ship UPS, so we can ship Ground, 3-day, 2-day or Next-Day.
Can you use my UPS or FedEx account for shipping?
Our warehouse does not accept other accounts for shipping, we have to ship on our account and bill for the costs.
How long does it take to get a table throw?
Table throws are cut and sewn per order. A plain unprinted throw takes 4 business days to produce, while a table throw printed with your logo takes 10 business days to produce, plus shipping time in transit from there.
Does the pricing on the website include the printed banner?
Most of our products are priced to include the banner stand hardware only with a printed banner as an available option (at an additional cost). The product page for the banner stand will give the option to “Add a Banner”.
What is the cost for a printed banner?
Printing on vinyl is $7 a square foot. Printing on fabric is $15 a square foot. The cost includes free finishing with grommets or pole pockets.
What is the difference or benefit of the vinyl or fabric materials?
It really comes down to preference of one material versus the other. The vinyl we print on is a smooth USB12 satin vinyl. The fabric is a lightweight 7oz cotton fabric. One is not necessarily more durable than the other. The fabric is thin and allows light to pass through, the vinyl does not. The colors on vinyl graphics tend to look more saturated (especially dark colors) than the same graphic printed on a fabric banner. Overall print quality is the same. Neither material is wrinkle resistant, the best way to avoid wrinkles is to keep graphics rolled.
What is a pole pocket?
A pole pocket is basically like a hem in the banner. Material is folded over and then sewn so a pole or dowel may be put inside the pole pocket.
What is a DSG graphic?
DSG stands for direct to substrate graphic. It is a superior high resolution print on a more rigid plastic material that resists curling edges.
What is the difference between the DSG and the dye sub banner?
A DSG banner is printed on an almost plastic material where as the dye sub banner is printed on fabric. Both are more photo-realistic, more durable, and less vulnerable to fading than other ink technologies.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, we can offer a discount based on quantity 10 or more units. Please contact us for a quote on quantity orders.
Do you have samples of the banner material that you can send me?
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship out samples of our banner material.
I’m looking at your table throws and would like a sample of the fabric, can you send me a sample?
Yes, we can send you a sample of the fabric for the table throw via US mail or expedited shipping via UPS or FedEx, which must be shipped on your own account. Please contact us to request a sample.
What kind of material are the table throws made of?
The table throws are flame retardant, 100% polyester.
Can I wash my table throw?
The table throws are machine washable, use mild detergents. Wash / Dry temperatures should not exceed 120 degrees. Non imprinted throws may be dry cleaned, printed throws should not.
Are the table throws wrinkle resistant?
Yes, the table throws are wrinkle resistant. Any wrinkles may be touched up with a cool iron.
My online order status is still pending, Can I check on the status?
Your order may have shipped already, it takes us a day or so to update the website as the order status and tracking must be entered manually. Please contact us to verify the status and retrieve tracking information.
I’m having trouble setting up my banner stand.
We have assembly instructions available for virtually every banner stand in pdf format. Please see the product page to download. If you are still having trouble please contact us for further assistance.
How does the banner attach to the I-Banner hardware?
Your banner is attached to a plastic strip with included adhesive then it slides into the banner rail and is held in place with the back support pole. Please see assembly instructions for further details.
Why does the light I received not work with my banner stand?
All of our lights come with a universal fittings kit that can either clip on to the vertical pole or on the horizontal bar at the top of the banner stand. The two pieces you will need are the light itself and the clamp piece (has two clamp pieces and a thumbscrew to tighten) The light clamp can be used in different ways. Slide the clamp to unattach it from the light, then rotate the clamp (to use the other side) and slide back in.
What is your return policy?
We gladly replace any defective merchandise or damage that is incurred during shipping your purchase to you. We accept returns up to 14 days after purchase, and a credit may be refunded or applied to another one of our products (shipping charges for returned merchandise will not be refunded). Our return policy does not apply to banner printing services or items that are custom built. Returns must be in new resell-able condition to be eligible for a return, all returns are subject to a 20% restock fee.
May I pay with a personal check?
Yes, we do accept personal checks. When placing your order online please select payment type as personal check. Make payable to Banner Stands To-Go and send to 4706 Memphis St. Dallas, TX 75207. We must receive the check first before starting work on the order.
Will you accept my PO?
Yes, we accept POs from K-12, universities, hospitals, gov’t agencies and others upon approval. We do prefer payment by credit card.
I’m on your website placing an order and it does not give me the option to send in my artwork?
After you place your order, you can click on the "Graphics" tab at the top of the page and scroll to the bottom of the page where our file transfer widget is located. Please reference your order confirmation number on the transfer.
What are your artwork specs for printed banner artwork?
Artwork should be 100 dpi to full scale. Please review the product specs for graphic sizing. We accept jpg, pdf, eps, ai, and tif files.
Each product has a downloadable template under the graphics tab, which you can download to create your artwork from.
