Begin by browsing our store to locate the product(s) that you need. Download the graphic template located on each product page and design your artwork accordingly. Each product has itʼs own specific instructions and sizing requirements, so please follow the templates directions carefully.
Add all items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once at checkout you will be able to select your desired shipping method and see the associated cost. If there is an issue with the in-hands date given and the shipping method selected we will contact you. For questions about transit times, please contact us.
At the completion of your order you will be given an order number and asked if you would like to upload artwork for that order. Follow the link provided and it will guide you through the necessary upload steps. Artwork upload page can also be located in the top right corner of our website via the "Upload Art" link.
All artwork undergoes our pre-flight checklist for quality issues. If we find any issues with your file(s) we will contact you. If no issues are found then your artwork will go straight into production. If you require an e-proof of your file(s) we can supply that, however it may delay production. Hard copy proofs are also available at an additional cost ($75).
Once your artwork has passed pre-flight production will begin on your order. The standard production time is located on each product page. Please note that production time does not include transit time. If you have a quick turn around time and need quicker than average production time, please contact a sales associate. If you opt to have a proof sent to you, production begins the day after we receive your approval.
Once your order is complete, quality checked and shipped you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information. No changes can be made to shipments after they have shipped, so please ensure the information you have provided us with is correct.
